This Website is operated by FusedThreeD, a UK-based sole trader.

Services may change, expand, or be discontinued at any time.

3. User Accounts & TikTok Login

Creating an account is optional at present but may be required in the future to:

  • Track effects
  • Associate effects or data with a specific user
  • Access certain features or downloads

When accounts are used, login will be handled via TikTok authentication. We only receive and store TikTok data made available through TikTok’s systems.

We do not collect separate usernames or passwords for your account.

You are responsible for ensuring that any account access via TikTok is authorised by you.

4. Payments & Digital Downloads

Payments

  • Payments (if applicable) are processed via PayPal
  • We do not store payment card details

Refunds

  • By purchasing digital content, you acknowledge that once access to or download of the content begins, you lose your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
  • Refunds will only be issued where required by law, including where digital content is faulty, not as described, or does not function as intended under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

5. Intellectual Property & Licence

All content on this Website, including but not limited to effects, code, designs, text, graphics, and downloads, is the intellectual property of FusedThreeD, unless stated otherwise.

You may:

  • Use downloadeds for personal or commercial use, unless stated otherwise

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any content
  • Copy, modify, or reverse engineer any content
  • Claim ownership of FusedThreeD content
  • Upload or distribute FusedThreeD content outside permitted platforms

Any unauthorised use may result in account termination and legal action.

If users are permitted to submit names, descriptions, or other content (for example, effect names or metadata):

  • Content must be PG / family-friendly
